Loan and credit disputes in Lyubertsy

We represent borrowers and creditors in disputes over repayment, interest and contractual obligations under Russian law, before court proceedings and after court documents are received.

Partial loan repayments: checking the principal balance

Illustrative example, not a bureau case. Assume RUB 120,000 was lent and two documented repayments of RUB 20,000 and RUB 15,000 are allocated entirely to principal. Only on that assumption is the outstanding principal RUB 85,000.

TransactionChange in principalBalance
Loan advanced+RUB 120,000RUB 120,000
First repayment−RUB 20,000RUB 100,000
Second repayment−RUB 15,000RUB 85,000

This example excludes interest, penalties and expenses. In an actual dispute, payment references and allocation rules need separate review: not every transfer automatically reduces principal. Bring the agreement or signed receipt, bank statements and the other party’s calculation.

If the loan was already the subject of proceedings, consider a previous-case audit. Fees and scope of assistance →

Recovering a debt recorded in a signed loan receipt

When money has been lent and repayment is overdue, we start with the signed receipt, evidence of the advance and payments already made. Residents of Kotelniki, Lyubertsy and Zhulebino can arrange a meeting at the bureau’s single office in Lyubertsy.

Loan documents
What to bringQuestions for review
Original signed receipt or loan agreementWho received the money, the amount and terms, and how the repayment date is stated.
Transfers and partial repaymentsDates, payment references, connection to the loan and outstanding balance.
Correspondence and demandsDiscussions about the loan, requests for more time, repayment demands and evidence of receipt.

We distinguish the principal, interest and other claims, discuss documents for court proceedings and subsequent enforcement. Tell us if no repayment date is stated or receipt of the money is disputed. Borrowers should bring their own calculation and evidence of repayments.

If you did not take out the disputed loan

Keep the court document, bank statement and evidence of when you learned about enforcement. The bureau’s published anonymised example describes steps prepared in response to a disputed microloan. It does not claim a final outcome.
