Preparing the documents from a previous case
- Arrange court and authority decisions chronologically and note when you received them.
- Add applications, appeals, objections and replies. List documents that are missing.
- Write down what remains unresolved, the outcome you seek and any approaching deadlines.
- Select key documents within the agreed 50-page scope; tell us beforehand if the file is larger.
The concluding consultation covers identified issues and possible next steps. If an urgent procedural deadline is identified, any separate assignment and its scope are agreed additionally.

What the RUB 5,000 fee covers
A review of one matter based on up to 50 pages supplied by you. An advocate examines the documents, assesses procedural and other legally significant steps, considers potentially unused remedies and provides a concluding consultation.
A legal audit and reopening a court case are different
The audit is a fresh legal assessment. It does not itself reverse a judgment or reopen proceedings. Grounds, deadlines and options for an appeal or review are assessed separately after the documents have been examined. No outcome is guaranteed.
What is charged separately
Obtaining the case file, drafting applications or complaints, a detailed written opinion, representation, travel, court fees, expert examinations and other third-party expenses. Additional documents and separate legal issues are agreed separately.
Preparing for the appointment
Bring court decisions, earlier submissions, official replies and relevant correspondence. Tell us when decisions were received and about any approaching deadlines. The initial consultation is free; the paid audit requires an agreed instruction.
