Contacting the bureau
When you contact us by telephone or in person, the bureau processes information provided to answer your enquiry, arrange a consultation and, where an agreement is signed, provide legal assistance. The scope of data must correspond to the purpose of the enquiry. Do not share information about third parties or case materials in public comments.
The basis for processing depends on the nature of the enquiry: consent, steps to enter into or perform an agreement, or a statutory obligation. Information about clients and legal assistance is protected by advocate–client privilege.
Retention periods and your rights
Enquiry data is used until its purpose has been achieved or, where a statutory obligation applies, for the relevant period. You may request information about processing, correction, cessation of processing or erasure in the circumstances provided by law, and may withdraw consent. Send a signed request to the bureau’s address; you may call to clarify the submission procedure. Withdrawal does not end processing for which an independent legal basis remains.
