Consent wording for an initial enquiry

I voluntarily consent to Planeta Zakona Law Bureau of the Moscow Region (Tax ID 5027146359, State Registration No. 1095000000743; address: Premises III, 8 Oktyabrsky Prospekt, Building 2, Lyubertsy, Moscow Region, 140002, Russia) processing the name and contact telephone number I provide, for the purpose of responding to my initial enquiry and arranging a consultation.

Permitted operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use to contact me, restriction, erasure and destruction. Processing may be automated or non-automated.

Consent remains valid until the initial enquiry is completed, but for no more than 90 days from the date it is given, or until withdrawal if earlier. Processing under a signed legal assistance agreement takes place on the relevant independent legal basis.

This consent does not authorise advertising messages, dissemination of data, processing of biometric or health data, or details of a criminal case. Transfer of case materials and other processing purposes are agreed separately.

Consent may be withdrawn by sending a signed statement to the bureau’s address. Where grounds provided by law exist, processing may continue despite withdrawal.

The completed consent must state the applicant’s name, contact number, date and separate confirmation of their intention. Silence or visiting the website does not constitute such confirmation.
