Levon Aramovich Petrosyan

He began his practice at the Moscow Regional Bar Association. He is the Managing Partner of Planeta Zakona Law Bureau of the Moscow Region.
In 1990, he graduated from the Military Red Banner Institute with a degree in law and qualified as a lawyer. A substantial part of his career was spent in the military prosecution service. He served in the armed forces from 1985 to 1997 and holds the rank of Colonel of Justice.
His main practice areas include criminal defence, complex civil and property disputes, land and administrative cases, corporate and tax matters, and appeals and cassation proceedings.
Candidate of Historical Sciences. Author of the dissertation “Conflict of Mentalities as the Basis for the Confrontation of Political Cultures: Russia and the North Atlantic Alliance in the Post-Cold War World” (2003), in the field of theory and history of culture.
He contributes to the professional education of students and young lawyers, introducing them to court proceedings, working with evidence and an advocate’s responsibility to the client.
Commendation from the Moscow Region Bar Association
On 23 August 2023, the Moscow Region Bar Association commended Levon Aramovich Petrosyan for outstanding professional skill in protecting clients’ rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
On 27 February 2026, the Moscow Region Bar Association recognised Levon Petrosyan in its “We Are Proud” category for securing an acquittal.
